Voluntary Association Groups in Staffordshire
Yarnfield Park Training and Conference Centre is a venue local to Staffordshire and is perfect for professional association groups. We have over 41 conference, training and breakout rooms to make use of, with our largest of rooms being able to hold up to 500 guests. If you need a range of smaller meeting rooms where you can hold smaller talks, we can accommodate for this also and with superfast internet, you’ll all be able to log on with no trouble. We also have 400 free car parking spaces as well as an onsite Costa Coffee so your guests can stay energised throughout the day.
Breakout Spaces
We have a range of different breakout spaces throughout our venue, so your guests can stay relaxed and refreshed between meetings. All of our breakout spaces are stocked with fresh, healthy snacks, tea and coffee making facilities and a hydration station. Not to mention 20 acres of beautiful countryside outdoor space to take advantage of. Perfect for team building activities or even a summers BBQ.

If your event isn’t going to be a weekend occasion, then our meeting packages may be more suited to you. We have day delegate rates available and a fantastic 24hr rate which includes your own dedicated events manager, a 3-course dinner and ensuite accommodation, all for only £75 per person!

Private Dining in Staffordshire

We can transform our conference rooms into a beautiful private dining banquet room with drapes, table cloths, centrepieces and even a dance floor! Enjoy a lavish 3-course meal tailored to your requirements, designed by our passionate chefs. Our cabaret style Oak Suite can hold up to 250 guests banquet style and has been host to many successful private dinners and award nights.
