With numerous meeting rooms available, we can provide multi-room event spaces for full-rounded conferencing events. Our banquet room layouts are ideal for hosting Gala Dinners and AGM dinners for Industry Associations and Voluntary Groups.
Our exclusive Connex building is ideal for association training and seminars, with multiple classroom-style spaces, perfect for Academic Associations who can take advantage of superfast wifi, projects, whiteboards and more. It’s also perfect for local Gaming Camps and small to medium-sized Esports Tournaments in the Midlands.
Outdoor Venue Hire for Association Events
We have an abundance of outdoor space to take advantage of. So if you want to break up your association event with some team building activities just speak to our team. We have 20 acres of grounds plus sports centre facilities including the pavilion/sports field – which is perfect for a game of football or rugby as well as other Sports Associations.
If your association is looking for outdoor space to exhibit your interests, this is the perfect venue for you, we’re happy to welcome car and motorcycle associations who can benefit from free parking on site and the space to show off their love of motors!

Association Hotel
Our venue offers onsite accommodation for your member’s comfort and ease during your association event. We have 338 double and twin ensuite bedrooms for your guests to stay in. Our standard bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort or upgrade to our superior room for an added bit of luxury. All our rooms come with free superfast Wi-Fi, tea and coffee-making facilities, a flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries.

During your association weekend meet up or association conference, we can provide a range of food options to power your members.
As standard our catering focuses on buffet-style meals or we offer private dining events, banquets for large groups or smaller private lunch options are also available. We also offer nourishing and delicious breakfast options, again in a buffet style, with options ranging from toast, Danish pastries to a hearty English breakfast, to ensure your members are powered for their day ahead.
We also have Sky Sports available in our bar and lounge for sports enthusiasts to enjoy during the evenings. Plus on-site Costa Coffee for guests to enjoy.

In 2023, we hosted the Association UK Congress, welcoming a whole host of association groups into our venue for 3 days of connecting, learnings and associations exhibiting their successes for growing membership. Our experienced and professional staff are on hand to ensure your events go off without a hitch and our purpose built venue is the perfect location to provide your attendees with the most comfortable stay.
Yarnfield Park is part of The Venues Collection, a group of venues across the UK that offer a fantastic range of flexible spaces for association groups to meet. For association training and events, our local event venue in Staffordshire has 41 adaptable spaces and can host up to 500 delegates.

Did you know we are part of a bigger family? Yarnfield Park is part of The Venues Collection, whose parent company is Compass Group UK & Ireland. Compass Group UK & Ireland has been a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant since 2016 and ensures that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
It is estimated that over 1000 of Compass’ employees are part of the Armed Forces community and this number continues to grow. Additionally, the business also directly supports members of the Armed Forces community through its work in its defence business, ESS, at over 250 sites across the country.
Here, at Yarnfield Park, we have great space for those serving, veterans, comrades associations, and their family and friends, to meet, train and sleep. Located in the middle of the UK, we’re a central venue for Veterans across the country to easily get together.
