Conference centre catering options: everything you need to know

Conference centre catering is just as important as the choice of venue itself. Once your organisation is equipped with air-conditioned, light and spacious meeting rooms and training spaces, the next stage in the process is to ensure that exceptional food options are available.

Fresh food prepared on-site

Many conference centres choose to outsource the food that they serve to their delegates – usually the result of limited or no kitchen facilities. These conference and training venues often prepare food off-site and transport it to the venue prior to the organised event. This process can impact the overall quality of the food – not only in taste but presentation as well.

Yarnfield Park boats a large and fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a dedicated catering team. The Oak Suite dining area is specially designed to accommodate sizeable organisations of up to 250 delegates. From small and intimate lunch events for meetings to expansive buffets for residential conferences, Yarnfield Park has an established history in delivering food excellence.

As a residential conference centre with 338 double en-suite bedrooms, it’s important that fresh, healthy food is supplied at breakfast, lunch and in the evening. Refreshments can be supplied throughout the day and an on-site Costa Coffee will ensure that your attendees are ready for the day ahead. In addition to this, our Head Chef’s close relationship with suppliers ensures that all food is of the highest quality and consciously sourced.
